  • I practically learned how to mountain bike on these trails. Sean, a pal from work, likes to torture co-ops by taking them riding here. We have all shed a little blood and went home with some bumps and bruises, but I'm the only one that has stuck with the life-threatening sport. At first I would bus   from singletracks.com

    • Mostly singletrack. There is a gravel lot that is crossed and also some pavement can be incorporated into you loop. But, watch out for walkers and other slower riders on ... from mtbr.com

    • This is a good beginner and intermediate cruising trail. You can get a warm-up on the paved greenway that circles the lake, or you can send your less-than-adventurous honey out to the greenway, while you get a little singletrack into your system.
