turn onto angeles forest highway. 200 feet ahead turn into gate 2n64. Turn round the gate, and you will begin a very difficult ascent. Go past the bridge, to the switchbacks. At 2.5 miles, you reach josephine saddle. Descend until 5.5 miles, The trail goes to the east, towards Colby canyon trail. K from singletracks.com
