Mother Nature landscaped this place well, with tall hardwoods looming over a thick understory of moss, ferns, rhododendron, and small trees amid gray bou from trails.com
Creek is fed into man-made concrete-bottom stream-fed pool. This from a visitor in 2010:"There is a sandy beach with stone and concrete stairs down to the pool. There is a short man-made waterfall from the stream-fed pipe that flows down into the pool. It's not the best place to swim simply because from swimmingholes.org
