  • Swimming hole at the bottom of High Shoals Falls in a very large state park/state game area. A fan says "16,000 acres with no developement and completely roadless. This watershed (Jacob Fork Watershed) is supposedly the cleanest in NC, and perhaps the cleanest on the east coast." Sounds great! CAUT   from swimmingholes.org
