Tower Hill Pond is on the Maple Falls Brook in Rockingham County, New Hampshire and is used for flood control purposes. It was built in 1940. At normal levels it has a surface area of 202 acres. This is also the location of the Watershed Wahoo Race held in mid-May. Lots of very challenging doubletrack and some singletrack. Most is fast riding and some nice climbs... from mtbr.com
It might be worth stating that this dirt road around the lake is pretty fast and connects the rail road trail from Lake Massabesic or the FOMBA trail head to The Snow Sli... from singletracks.com
An easy ride around a scenic pond near Manchester with other trip possibilities nearby. This loop around Tower Hill Pond is an easy trip that makes a great warm-up or after-work ride. Mostly doubletrack around the pond. Some really great views - not highly technical, but there are a few climbs. It's a good ride for early in the season, before you're ready to really get dirty. If you finish Tower Hill and want more, go down Tower Hill Road, cross Old Acadia and take any of the tr from singletracks.com
